Pay rate: BOE but roughly $23 an hour
Location: On-site in Athens, Georgia
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:45am - 5:00pm

If you have:
- Must have real estate LEGAL experience
- High school or GED equivalent
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Effective at prospecting new opportunities
- Nurturing and maintaining strong relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Data Entry
- Technical understanding (familiar with either Softpro software or equivalent)
- Organizing, and coordinating commercial real estate sales and loan closings
- Verbally and electronically communicating with clients while maintaining a professional relationship.
