Job Description
BOS Staffing in currently hiring for Collections Reps to interview and start as soon as possible. The job location is Buford, GA. Electronic repair company
Requirements:
* Collections experience --MUST
* Call center experience --MUST
* Great computer proficiency
* Excellent phone etiquette
* Must be able to multitask
* High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
* Outbound calls for collections
* Inbound calls from customers for collections
* Process payments
* Set up any applicable payment plans etc
* Managing multi-screen computer system to adequately notate call
* Resolve customer issues
* Check and send emails
* Communicate with different departments

8am-5pm Shift
Monday-Friday
