Our Client, one of the leading specialty insurance firms in the US, is seeking a Client Service Manager for their Atlanta office. 


 

As a Client Service Manager, you will be developing strong relationships with clients, client advisors, and carrier personnel in order to keep client policies updated and all documentation in proper order. You will provide documentation to the clients for any requested changes, update and maintain client policy information, assist with transactions and documents, and provide resolutions for client complaints. Larger clients and family office clients will require the completion of an extensive annual review presentation including in-force policy analysis and total portfolio cash value benchmarking. As the Client Service Manager, you will take the lead in completing this analysis.

 

Core skills:
  • Customer Service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience with an insurance carrier
  • Understanding the mechanics of life and disability income insurance products
  • Experience with CRM system such as SmartOffice or Salesforce
  • Adept at research practices
  • Able to prioritize work load in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently and with a team to achieve departmental goals
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Critical and analytical thinker
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential data

Advanced/Preferred skills:
  • Prior experience with carrier illustration software
  • Bachelor’ s degree in risk management or finance-related field
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 securities licensed
