Bos Staffing Seeks Associate Attorney for Highly Successful and Prestigious Personal Injury Law Firm in Atlanta, Georgia
You will be:
You will be:
- Consult and handle all legal processes
- Develop company policy and position on legal issues
- Taking depositions of both lay and expert witnesses
- Research, anticipate and guard your client against legal risks
- Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
- Negotiate and settle cases for catastrophically injured clients
- Represent the client in legal proceedings
- Draft and administer all contracts
- Negotiate deals and attend company meetings
- 1 - 3 years of proven background in personal injury law
- Excellent negotiation and communications skills
- Administrative and managerial skills
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
- Computer skills
- Current license to practice law
- BS degree in Law
