Job Description
BOS Staffing has partnered with a very prestigious company in Buford GA. We are currently seeking an Approvals Admin Specialist.
What we offer:Â
- Pay rate: $20Â or BOE
- Hours 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
- No weekends
- Job security with a growing company
- Temp to possible hire position
You will be:
- Ensuring approval emails are completed hourly
- Collecting information from clients before repair order
- Making sure picking tickets are printed in a timely manner
- Checking if warranty paperwork is approved
- Completing activities for the Approvals Department
- Reporting that paperwork completion has been completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Entering data into their database utilizing their CRMs
- Completing RMA’s, EOD’s and Quote requests in an accurate and timely manner
- 1-2 years of related experience in data entry
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Data entry experience
- Collections experience
- SAP is as plus
