Overview
BOS Staffing is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead an accounting team and oversee financial operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and a background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

- At least 3 years of accounting experience (A/R, A/P)
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Â
- Proficiency in Vlookup and Pivot Tables in Excel.Â
- Leading and overseeing a small accounting team, setting goals, and ensuring accountability
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency
- Training and mentoring new and existing accounting staff
- Conducting financial analysis, optimizing cash flow, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and monitoring overdue payments
- Preparing monthly sales tax returns, corporate quarterly taxes, and warranty credits
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with corporate policies
