Job Description

BOS Staffing is currently seeking Accounting Specialist for our client in Flowery Branch.  The Accounting Specialist responsibilities include A/P, A/R, month and year end closing processes, as well as other related accounting functions
The Accounting Specialist works closely with General Manager and Controller in Corporate office (Italy)

Business Hours
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

You will be:
  • Hands-on management of day to day general accounting functions including Invoicing, Billing, A/R, A/P
  • Perform all daily banking transactions
  • Control cash flow and working capital
  • Coordinate and maintain records for staff, customers, vendors, and expense report
  • Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
  • Prepare report analysis and findings to management team
  • Taxes monthly return and payment for Sales Tax and Corporate quarterly taxes
  • Warranty credits to customers
  • Process Vendor Invoices and issue checks
  • Process monthly credit card accounts by collecting and analyzing receipts from Sales team
  • Process accounting information for accounting department in Italy
  • Maintain Cash Flow on credit card accounts
  • Bank Deposits
  • Maintain Bank account including reconciliations

If you have:
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with combination of education, training and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred
  • Strong math and research skills
  • Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently on assigned duties
  • Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
