Customer Service Representative
Job Description
BOS Staffing has partnered with a very prestigious company in Buford GA. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative
Pay rate: $18 or BOE
Hours 8am/5pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Using phone/email/chat to communicate.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Â Maintains customer records by updating account information.
-  Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Â Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Â Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Â Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 If you have
- Bilingual preferred but not required (English/Spanish)
- Customer Service min 5 years
- SAP Must
- Phone Skills (call center preferred)
- Great Computer skills
- Typing Skills (40 wpm)
- Quality Focus
- Problem Solving
